I totally agree with you. If the absolute evaluation of the CAST is carried out, how will universities choose excellent students? As you said, most universities will select new students by interview, essay test or transcripts of student's school records.

It would be burdensome for students and wouldn't weaken private education.

So I agree with your opinion against the absolute evaluation of the CAST.
