I agree with much of your argument. The last evidence was especially interesting because it was something I had never thought about. However, I think it will be difficult for the nation to change its education if the relative evaluation continues. Also, the current CSAT system puts too much pressure on students. So I think we need to make a change in the current CSAT system.
