I agree with your argument to tighten the juvenile law and strongly agree with statement ‘When they are given a mild punishment, they will continue to commit this level of crime when they return to society.’ I think juvenile law will not bring about a change in teenagers’ behaviors. So, when it comes to punishment, I think we should punish them strictly and focus on other factors that cause them to do juvenile crime and investigate prevention.
