I totally agree that we should pay attention to children who commit crimes than enhancing the publishment about children's crime. but I think we should also pay attention to children who are suffering from crimes like school violence. As you know the event that a middle school student was fallen from the apartment roof , It got even worse because of ignorance of acquaintance such as his teachers and friends .
