| I think the intensity of the juvenile law changes because of its primary purpose. We should consider whether the purpose of the law is to promote the growth of youth's character and social harmony, or to punish and prevent juvenile crimes. But I think that the law should be followed in social trends, and stronger punishment is needed for changing teenagers | |||||
