You said that there are many problems that occur when robots do not work normally. But The rate of accidents caused by robots is much lower than that caused by humans. Because unlike humans who are emotionally affected and affected by their condition, robots can always work consistently and quickly with certain conditions. And the happiness of people who lost their jobs may decrease, but people who  hire robots  and consumers will benefit and get more happiness by convenience of robots. Therefore I think the negative effect that you insist can be the posiive effect in other cases.
