I agree with your argument somehow in the statement ‘ I think teenagers should be given the opportunity to repent their mistakes.’ but I think teenagers who commit brutal crime have no rights to be given opportunities although they are teenagers and their brains are not fully grown. So, I think we should give opportunity for comparatively slight juvenile crimes that have signs of self – reflection and if not, like violent victims, we should not give opportunities for them.
