I agree with you.
The absolute grading system will not reduce more the burden rather than CSAT was the relative absolute system. 
I think the absolute grading system is just to relieve the burden of only the CSAT and not to consider the burden of other tests that could be added later.
The burden of the CSAT will not change unless our country changes its education system that focused on entering universities.
Not just to lessen the burden on the CSAT in a hurry, the current high school's university-entering education should change to the study for students to find and achieve their future goal after graduating thier school.
