I agree with your opinion. Tele-health care system can add medical benefits to people in remote places and is necessary for the welfare development of Korea. In addition, telemedicine is useful for detecting and treating mild illnesses and symptoms. As you have argued, the medical staffs and docs are having hard time dealing with Covid-19  around the world. Tele-health care system will be an excellent support for medical staffs serving the welfare.
