I agree with your overall argument, but I can't agree with the content of paragraph 3. In fact, paper cups seem recyclable on the surface, but they are said to be difficult to recycle because the inside of them is coated to prevent them from getting wet by liquid. 

Therefore, I think it is wrong to argue that paper cups can be recycled.
