I totally agree with you that only one eco bag and tumbler made of natural materials should be used for a long time but people think of them as fashion items and cannot use them consistently. 

However, the sentence that eco-bags made of natural materials have a great effect on environmental pollution prevention seems to be a little out of line with the overall argument, so it would be better to change it to a different expression.
