I read your article very interesting, however, I do not agree with some of your bases. I refute your first and second reason about why you think that robots cannot be a substitute for humans, by following grounds. You insisted that robots such as kiosk, could not cope with unexpected situations since they are programmed just for normal situations. It is undeniable true, but, we, humans can learn that some problems could exist with unforeseen circumstances and add that case to the robot so that no more problems can generate anymore. So, I argue that there is no warrant that you could say that robots are unprepared for unexpected conditions if you think this problem in a long term. Also, I would like to dispute your last contention that robots cannot catch up humans' ability about emotions and intellects. Did you know that there are robots drawing pictures and writing novels? Well, normally, we consider drawing pictures and writing novels are acts that need intellects and emotions to do. Since robots are able to do such work, it will be not surprising that robots can do such works that you mentioned in your essay. I want to know what you would think about my arguments. I will be waiting for your response.
