I can really understand what you want to say. But did we really have enough space that all animals in Korea now can live freely? Most of lands are used to do farming or build a lots of building. Although zoo system are gone and all the animal in the zoo are moving to new Animal Species Shelter, environment of  the animals maybe not much changed. So I think rather than we completely remove the zoo system, it would be better to get rid of only the zoos that have really bad environments.
