I agree with you. A weak punishment for juvenile crime will lead to more crimes. I strongly agree with you that adult criminals in particular may use youth for crime. I didn't even think of it, but there could be enough of it. If it does, it will cause serious problems. I think we should strengthen punishment for juvenile delinquency like you.
