I agree with your opinion that society should protects the human rights and safety of the victims only. but, I’m in opposite view of causes of juvenile crime.

First, Of course I agree with that there are lots of problems in law, but we can’t make the teenagers that have enough possiblity of return to civil life.

Second, I think that the juvenile crime is came from not weak juvenile law but the inconsistency of social structure basically. Therefore, we should reform the system of limitations of social and legal problem before strengthen the law!
