I generally agree with you. Especially, using statistics as a supporting material was good. However, I think your third reason is a little inappropriate. You claimed Jean Valjean (장발장) to explain about teenagers who are forced to commit crimes by their surroundings. But, this example is supporting the responsibility of the society, which forced teenagers to commit crimes. So, it’s the reason which is supporting the opposite side.
