I agree with you.
I think punishment should be strengthened for young offenders. I also think punishment should be strengthened. I was surprised at the high rate of reoccurrence of juvenile crime. Punishment for juvenile crimes should be strengthened to prevent the recurrence of crimes, and for the future of youth.
