I agree. Juvenile crimes are getting worse day by day, but there are too many teenagers who are not punished because of the youth protection law. They commit crimes by exploiting the law because they know it will protect them. Of course there are some students who commit crimes by mistake, but I think they should punish the same as they did anyway.
