I agree to strengthen the punishment of juvenile delinquents. Although killing people and committing violence are less of a part of the story, I think such violent crimes should be punished according to adults, as is the case in general cases. And I think the most important thing is improving teenagers' perception. Juvenile law should be strengthened as soon as possible, and then, teens should not commit crimes.
