| I agree with your opinion. Many people say teens can't think rationally, so we have to understand and teach them. But I don't think so because it is not easy and already too late. Although teens commit the crimes, they are not punished properly. Then, they lose the law-abiding spirit and cannot feel seriousness. Therefore, we have to change juvenile law more powerful. | |||||
