Is strengthening punishment really the solution?
Did they consider the cause and motivation that caused the crime?
I don't think we should focus too much on the level of punishment.
Many negative factors may have worked until teenagers commit a crime.
Social factors such as social injustice, economic isolation and lack of youth welfare have contributed to such juvenile delinquency and crimes.I think we need to correct these factors. Just to focus on the level of punishment is to look at the trees. We have to see the forest.
