I agree with you that punishment for juvenile delinquency should be strengthened. It was nice to hear other reasons than the reason I thought about increasing punishment for juvenile crimes. Besides, I was surprised that there was a 40 percent chance of juvenile crime recurrence. So I think punishment should be more strengthened. In addition, I think students should be educated more about the seriousness of crimes committed by minors and their personalities.
