I agree that abolishing the youth law can cause another social problems such as an example of minor offender's disadvantages. But i think we should enhance juvenile crime prevention policies such as prevention educations than publishment about children who commit severe crimes considering children's immaturity and failure to appreciate risks and consequences as you know.
