Crimes by teenagers are becoming brutal and at the same time tend to become brutalized. This have produced the results of calling for the public to be severely punished for juvenile delinquency. Lowering the boy's age and strong punishment through severe punishment do not prevent the occurrence of juvenile crimes and reduce the re-offending rate. |
