In the last part, you said that criminals' human rights should be guaranteed.

Then, our rights, such as the rights to know would be violated because of disclosure of criminals' identities.

Also in the third part, you said that criminals' family would suffer from the fact that their family committed a rape. But, if his/her information would not be revealed, both the public and his/her family woud forget the incident. But is the victims forget the incident? Maybe not. Rather, I think victim's mind is more important than criminals' faimily's mind. So I claim that disclosure of identities is a right way
