First, you
said it’s a violation of human right to release offender’s information, but it is not a violation of human rights by punishment,
just a restriction to prevent the recurrence of crimes. Also, you
claimed that offenders should be protected by some prerequisite like “all human
is dignified”, but human rights are premised that “all members should respect
each other equally”, and in the case of felony, they don’t respect each other. Then
in the crime which does not respect an opponent, does the human rights of
perpetrator be protected while victim's rights are violated? Thus, you
said offenders were already payed for their sin through jail or punishment but
criminal’s punishment does not pay off all their sins. Because society needs order, we can quantify and adjudicate
punishment, but from a personal perspective, there are no quantities on crimes.
So, I think it is wrong that the offenders don't need to answer for their sin
just because they have 'paid' their dept through punishment. |
