I respect about your opinion, and it was a good write. But, I have a doubt about your first reason. You made a situation that is if we live next to criminal, we’ll be anxious about him. However, If we don’t know about him, will we be anxious? Even though we have a right to know and should seek the universal values of human beings, we should think about other ways to think about it if it makes life worried and violates the universal values of human beings. So, I want to suggest an idea that is to build a town and isolate them in there. I think It is likely that this method, along with the disclosure of the criminals, will have even greater effects.
