I agree with your idea about the Criminal disclosure.

Especially, I think it is very good idea for everyone to prevent reoccurrence of the crime.

When felonies commited a crime at first, I think maybe they did by mistake.

However, in second time, that is noy mistake. So, you're right to tell like that.

Some criminals also didn't feel they're bad guys.

If we make public their personal information, maybe they will realize their act.

That's why I agree with your idea.
