I respect your opinion that an absolute evaluation is good system because an absolute evaluation evaluates whether or not a performance criterion has been reached so competition for college admission will be lessen but my opinion is little bit different If evaluation system turned into absolute evaluation people can not distinguish who is the person that they need so people will try to find other way to distinguish who is the person that they need, if so competition for college admission may get worse
