I agree with you. I also think that students can not study hard if they feel they never have an evaluation, and that the abolition of the minimum scoring system can easily cause frustration among students who study hard. Nevertheless, I don't think the system of accepting students above certain grades in college is bad, so I think we need to find a better system by adjusting the absolute and relative system of evaluation.
