I agree with you about your second evidence, the absolute evaluation of the CSAT expands private education. Although English subject was changed into the absolute evaluation of the CSAT, but there are still a number of English academies and internet lectures. It means, compared with somebody suggestions which suggest that this policy can lose private education, the policy has not an effect on this purpose. In addition, it can lose discrimination because the policy doesn’t consider how difficult the exam is. So I think it will maybe be better to be abolish the exam because of its uselessness. Thus, to prevent these problems, I suggest that we should keep our policy of the CSAT : Relative evaluation, too.
