I agree with your opinion that the absolute evaluation system for SCAT can make students more creative and also break out the education system's framework. Maybe, it can be an effective solution for Korea's inefficient education system. However, I don't think that the absolute evaluation system for SCAT can prevent students from excessive competitions. As the SCAT is the step to going to the collage, I think it will make more competitions than before. The absolute evaluation system's results, cannot give any trust to collage. As a Result, collage will make their own test to estimate students, and it can lead to more tests and evaluations.
