I strongly agree with you. I have one more reason that supplement your opinion with. It isn't a fair exam when we see it in unit of every year. It is possible that CSAT can be easy in one year, or hard in another year. In that case, The number of students who got first grade will be different every year Therefore, college and students will be confused of the result and this situation will be repeated. So I also think the absolute evaluation of the CSAT is not proper to colleges and students.
