I totally agree with you.
At the end, the Ministry of Education said it would push for the reform of the CSAT to ease the burden of endless competition and excessive tests among students, but you said you were suspicious of this, and  I agree this opinion especially.
Rather, it will only cause confusion and put more pressure on students because they judge students in different ways.
