The original purpose of the CSAT is to see if you have completed your basic education. However, now the CSAT is nothing more than to set students on the scholastic rank. What would happen if CSAT was operated as a relative evaluation like now? Maybe the college is still just listing students in order of academic achievement. However, if an absolute evaluation system is introduced to assess students' basic academic ability, private tutoring and excessive competition will be reduced. I think that the SCAT's relative evaluation system can ignore public education. I think that the reason why the enrollment rate of foreign language high school is that Seoul National University is focusing on school rather than score and sort out students.
