1821 장혜원 I agree with your argument. Game addiction, in fact, causes problems to addict's health. Many types of problems such as negative effect to mental and physical health could happen. For example, from the research of University of Iowa, it shows that game addiction worsens mental disorder such as depression. I didn't know that it also affected the brain waves, though. After reading your essay, I learned that game addiction has too much negative effect on people's health to ignore. Also, I think many people have came across the news that game addicts tend to behave in impulsive way. There are many incidents to support that news. This is why I support your arguement and claim that game addiction should be classified as a disease.

1810 양어진 I agree with you.
Addiction to online games is a serious problem.
As you said, game addiction is very fatal for teens because it has a negative effect Therefore, game addiction should be classified as a disease and prompt alternative and treatment is needed accordingly.

I've never known that game addiction affects brain waves. The argument made me more sympathetic to your opinion. However, I also thought that it was too extreme for game addicts to commit crimes without being able to control their impulses.

I agree with your argument that games should be classified as a disease. It is extremely scientific and detailed. I also think games should be classified as a disease, but it became more obvious by scientifically suggesting that games negatively affect brain waves. And based on the WHO's classification of game addiction as an international disease category, it is said that game addiction has been identified as a game disorder and classified because of a pattern of repetitive behavior, which in reality proves that games are classified as a disease category because they cause problems, so I agree more with your argument.

[1525 전하은] Although I accept your idea that game addiction brings negative effects on people's lifestyle and health, I suppose that your last understructure for your main arguement included a little bit of magniloquence and generalization because you suggested that most of game addicted people commit a heinous crime without controlling impulses. However, this is not a fact. Besides, the crime commited by game addicts are very uncommon in comparison to other crime caused by people who are not addicted to games. I am not saying that game addicts do not offend, but I would like to say that this kind of universalization which could make bias and differentiation to game addicted people would bring adverse influence on people who play games for the reduction of stress and the game addicts. That is the reason why I claim the game addiction should be classified as a disorder.
